*You must register for the conference (w/payment) by October 5, 2009 in order to participate in a School Visit. There will be no on-site registration

To make registration for La Cosecha 2009 as easy as possible, please follow these instructions:
- Avoid delays – registration will be processed ONLY when accompanied by complete credit card info, check, or copy of purchase order including PO number.
- Use a separate form for each registrant
- Group registration online form available at: http://lacosecha.dlenm.org
- If paying by credit card, submit your credit card information through our secure online form or fax a completed registration form to (505) 243-0377 (attention: La Cosecha 2009)
- Only purchase orders (PO) that release a payment check within 30 days of issue will be accepted.
- It is the responsibility of the school/district to request an invoice if one is needed.
- If payment is through purchase order (PO) or institutional (school/district) check for more than one registrant, please list each participant’s name on the purchase order.
Substitutions, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Registration substitutions will only be accepted upon receipt of a written request on appropriate letterhead and faxed to 505-243-0377. Substitution requests must be received by our office no later than October 19, 2009. The request must include the name of the original registrant, and the name and contact information for the new registrant.
- Request for cancellations and fee refunds must be submitted in writing to La Cosecha 2009 and received by September 28, 2009. Refunds will be processed six weeks after the conference, and a $100 cancellation fee will apply. There are no refunds on ticketed events.
Additional Conference Information
Registration Issues
- Name badges will be required for entrance to ALL conference events, including presentations, meals, and exhibits. A replacement badge will be charged the full conference registration rate.

Other Information
A tentative Schedule of presentations will be posted on La Cosecha website: http://lacosecha.dlenm.org and updated beginning August, 2009 and updated regularly.
Registration Fee includes: Opening Reception, Continental Breakfast on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Thursday Lunch, Friday’s Conference Dance, and all sessions and exhibits.
